Young Budding Engineers
A workshop given by a group of scientists from the University of Melbounre recently opened up the minds of students to the challanges facing developing countries today.
The project called Engineers Without Borders took students through a series of experimental challanges that mimic real world environmental problems.
The group introduced students to the many different types of enginering such as civil, mechanical, electrical and software. It outlined the benefits that engineering has on people and the planet and how it can create sustainable environments.
The students enjoyed the experiments and found the information insightful and valuable.
