Gumbuya World Excursion

The Junior school were out enjoying the sunshine at Gumbuya World yesterday as part of our unit on Connections.  Students were given a tour from several rangers and allowed to interact with the animals in small groups.  We saw a bird show and learnt about the different types of animals sleeping patterns and then fed some very friendly rabbits and chickens.  Students had a wonderful time and will be able to reflect back during some classroom activities.
