School Captains Report
Hello parents and students,
For Remembrance Day, we would like to thank the soldiers who fought for us so that we can live like we do today. On behalf of Sacred Heart Primary school we thank you. Lest We Forget.
Last Friday the 11th November, grades 3-6 went to the Werribee zoo to see some animals and learn more about the connections we have with them. All of the grade 5/6 students went to explore, and later on, went to a Gorilla Geography class and then on a safari bus. The grade 3/4 students went to an African Village class and then onto a safari bus tour.
Yesterday the Indigenous families attended an afternoon tea. Some students made some biscuits and lemon myrtle scones to enjoy.
Today we celebrated Grandparents day. We hope all the grandparents that came to school had a great time and enjoyed the morning tea.
We would like to thank Ms. Larkins for spending every Friday with the Little Learner's this term. The little learner's have been loving all the fun crafts and other things they have done, most of them have settled in nicely.
Grade 3/4 students will be going on camp to Allambee on 1st and 2nd December. On their return we are excited to hear all about the fun and experiences they have had.
